Questions
What is an AI visibility checker?
An AI visibility checker shows whether AI systems bring up your business when people ask them for advice. You may also see it called an LLM visibility checker or an AI brand visibility tool. nameblip gives one count per system, named in X of Y answers, and you can read each answer behind it.
Which AI systems do you ask?
The free scan uses ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode. The paid scan adds Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews.
How do you count?
We ask questions that do not contain your name, and count the answers that do name you. You see the count per system as named in X of Y answers. Questions with your name in them are shown apart, because they would always name you.
Do you need access to my site?
No. We read public pages only. You can scan any site, including a competitor's.
Do you write the text or code for me?
No. You get instructions: the exact page, what changes, who does it and how much work it is. You do the work yourself.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each paid scan is one payment. A new scan later asks the same questions, costs the price of that moment and shows what changed.
What if a scan fails?
We retry automatically. If fewer than half of the answers succeed, a free scan does not count.
